At Cotopaxi, we stand by our Gear for Good and want to ensure you love your equipment. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process.

  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, receive store credit, or get a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download the prepaid shipping label provided and securely pack your items, preferably in the original compostable mailer or box.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
